Element Grids
Element Grids are simple enough to understand, especially if you recall them in Chrono Cross. They basically consist of the elements you have readily equipped. Do note that ONLY the elements you have equipped in your grid are those you can use. If you use an element in battle or in your journeys that isn't in your grid, you will be asked to change your actions accordingly.
For every grid, there will be eight sections. For each section there will be five boxes.
Now, to utilize the Element Grid we'll be using the table tags of which are easily accessible above. Unsure of how to use them? It's quite simple.
If you'll notice the vertically shaded box, it corresponds to rows. Displayed as:

Whereas, the second shaded box corresponds to columns. Displayed as:
The box beside the vertically shaded box creates an entire table. However, you must understand that the table tag houses the entire grid and must be present for the code to work.
For a single element, simply create a table tag and then create a row by clicking the vertically shaded box. Then create a column tag and enter whichever element you have in between the column tags. To appropriate the section, create another row for the number. It should look like this:

It's as simple as that. Now, for a more advanced look. A proper element grid stretches horizontally, rather than vertically. This is to easily create sections. Do note that you'll have forty five boxes in a completed element grid. For every star you receive, you'll be granted another box for an element. You'll start out with two boxes, so only thirty seven stars are needed to complete a grid.
3 stars - Granted a second ability
15 stars - Granted a third ability
35 stars - granted a fourth ability
Your abilities can only be placed in the appropriate sections in which you receive them.
To progress with our grid, simply create what you did previously. However, now we're going to add a second box in. So, you'd simply need to add in a new column tag and end with a row tag. However, don't complete the table just yet. We want to complete our first section, so simply keep adding column tables to add in elements.

Now, you should have a good understanding of how to create your Element Grid and how it works in the RPG. If you've any questions feel free to PM either me or any other staff member. Or you could simply ask for help in the c-box.
