Below is the finalized list of elements of which are allowed in the RPG. As well as a reasonable description for them so that they can be utilized. The number to the left indicates its tier, whilst the number to the far right indicates its price.
Red
1. Fireball - Launches five small flame spheres at an enemy /$50/
1. Tablet - Restores a small amount of health. /$10/
1. Turn Red - Turn foe's attribute or ally's attack attribute to Red for ten posts. /$75/
2. Magma Bomb - Launches ten medium sized fireballs at several enemies. /$80/

Regarding Summons
After summon elements are used, they will immediately be dismissed after they have attacked. Saints restores a medium amount of health to the users party after having attacked. Unicorn raises the magic defense of the user's party.

Regarding Elements in general
After an element is used, it can only be used after a certain number of turns have passed. Below is a diagram which better explains such. Do note that these turns refer to your turns, not including your opponents.
Tier 1 --- 10 turns

Tier 5 --- 50 turns
